The customer service was exceptional! Since it's prom season the rates are higher at certain times and instead of trying to price gouge me, Ms. Tammy worked with my schedule to decide the most cost effective way to make this booking process smooth and easy. Their vehicles are all updated and make for a very clean, classy entrance. I'm grateful for the experience and will use them next time I need to book a limo.

Allen Limousine does NOT use sub-contractors, when you reserve a vehicle with us, you will get a driver that works for Allen Limousine, a vehicle with personalized license plates, that is owned by Allen Limousine and is Licensed and insured.  All of our drivers are well trained & professional and have been with the company for a long time. So please give us a chance to prove our service to you.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CAR WITH ALLEN LIMOUSINE?

Simply call our office at 972-747-0011, make a reservation on our website, email us at [email protected] or fax the reservation to 972-692-7722. We will need a credit card when making a reservation, and we will send you a confirmation back by email.

WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT?

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover as well as checks, cash is accepted; however, we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.
